SHIPMENTS TO FACTORY

All shipments to the factory must have a RMA number on the outside

of the carton. You will be given a RMA number when you contact the

Sales or the Shipping Department. The RMA is the only way to track

and assure that your request is handled properly.

copy of the invoice with all returned materials.
